Delivery Policy for FLOWERLAB

1. Delivery Areas and Timeframes

Delivery Zones: We offer delivery services to specific areas within Klang Valley, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. Please check with us or use our website's delivery address feature to confirm if we deliver to your desired location.

  • Delivery Times: Deliveries are typically made during our operating hours, which are 10am-1pm, and 2-6pm. Customers are able to choose designated time slot, however no specific time available to ensure fairnes to all our customers and ensure time delivery efficiencies. 
  • Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 1pm, subject to product availability and delivery capacity.

Delivery Fees and Charges

A standard delivery fee may apply to all orders, which will be communicated to you during the checkout process. Additional charges may apply for specific delivery requests such as expedited or timed deliveries.


3. Delivery Process and Tracking

  •  Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully delivered, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS.
  • Tracking Orders: For tracking purposes, you can contact our customer service team with your order details, and we'll provide you with the status of your delivery.


4. Delivery Responsibilities

  • Recipient Availability:  It is the responsibility of the recipient or the person receiving the delivery to be present at the specified delivery location and time. If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact both the sender and recipient to arrange a suitable redelivery time, which may incur additional charges.
  • Delivery Address Accuracy: Please ensure accurate delivery information is provided at the time of order placement. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery runner's Waiting Period: grace period for Runner to wait for receipient is 15mintues. In the case recipient is unreachable, the goods will be hand over to receipeint’s representative to receive on behalf.
